Welcome back! I hope you're enjoying my 14 days of love! I'm certainly having a great time sharing all these things with you! Ready to see what today has in store?
Today's gift actually pays homage to some of my first loves! These are printable bookmarks you can color! Now anyone who knows me knows that I have always had an insatiable lust for reading. Pretty much anything with print on it will get my attention! And of course I loved coloring as a kid and I've been thrilled to see it become a calming trend for adults. And, finally, it's a free printable. Truly, there are no sweeter words than that in the average blog reader's vocabulary! And printed on a decent cardstock, these are very respectable printables!
These can be used in a number of ways. First of all, you don't have to color them at all. I think they look pretty interesting in black and white. Second, you can color them and give each individual one to a valentine (maybe as part of your "I've Been Hugged" gift). Third, you could leave them black and white for your recipient to color. Fourth, if you have children, you could give them to your children. They could use these as their classroom valentines or they could be the lucky recipient.
As I mentioned, printed on a decent cardstock, you shouldn't have to laminate these (and wouldn't be able to until after they were colored anyway, obviously). If you wished to doll them up some more, you could punch a hole in one end and thread a tassel or ribbons through it.
I can't wait to see what you come up with! And I hope you stop back by tomorrow for another day of love!
